Agricultural biologics, also known as biologicals, are products derived from natural sources that control pests or diseases. They can be used to improve crops and livestock and protect the environment. Agricultural biologics include microbial pesticides, which are made from bacteria or viruses that kill insects or other pests; plant regulators, which help plants grow better; and fertility enhancers, which add nutrients to soil.
Some of the emerging trends in agricultural biologics include the use of biopesticides, biostimulants, and biofertilizers.
